After acquiring 13 Trumbo Street, our team led the project through demolition of the existing structure while collaborating closely with the City of Charleston to shape a new-build design that respected the historic context of the neighborhood and aligned with current guidelines for construction in this area.

Working in-house, we developed the architectural plans, coordinated the review process, and secured all necessary approvals and permits. Once fully entitled, the packaged plans and permits were sold to new owners who will carry the project forward into construction using our design as their foundation.

This project reflects our approach to navigating complex historic contexts, translating regulatory requirements into thoughtful design, and creating a clear, executable path for future development.
