Unit B at 185 St. Philip represents a thoughtful renovation above a newly completed ground-floor commercial space that now houses Annie Mae’s Bakeshop. Our team renovated the historic storefront to accommodate a neighborhood café while preserving the character of the original building.

The kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring custom cabinetry, quartz/quartzite countertops, a hand-molded tile backsplash, open shelving, and upgraded appliances that balance function with elevated design. Throughout the space, finishes include wood flooring and walk-in tiled showers with illuminated niches, creating a clean, contemporary aesthetic that feels both warm and polished.

Located in the Cannonborough–Elliottborough neighborhood and within Charleston’s Short-Term Rental Overlay, the property sits just steps from Upper King Street and the Spring Street corridor, offering easy walkability to some of downtown’s most beloved cafés, restaurants, and gathering spots.
