At 185 St. Philip Street, we renovated a historic downtown Charleston building to become the new home of Annie Mae’s Bakeshop. The property sits within a quiet, walkable neighborhood of downtown, surrounded by classic Charleston streets and local spots.

Our work focused on restoring and updating the building so it could function as a neighborhood bakeshop while keeping its original character intact. The renovation preserves the historic feel of the property while preparing it for Annie Mae’s to serve the Charleston community in its new space.
