Our team acquired 3 Gadsden Street and led the project through its early redevelopment phase. Working in-house, we reconfigured the home’s layout to create a more functional floor plan with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms — reworking interior walls, circulation, and room relationships to better align with how people actually live today while still working within the existing structure.

By rethinking the plan and documenting it through architectural drawings and conceptual renderings, we were able to clarify the property’s potential in a way that had not previously been visible. This helped translate the home’s value beyond its existing condition and made the opportunity easier for buyers to understand.
