Our team acquired 410 McCants Drive with the goal of defining a clear path forward for redevelopment. Working in-house, we developed architectural plans for a new-build residence that responded to the site, the surrounding neighborhood, and current zoning requirements.

We translated that vision into conceptual renderings and design documentation to illustrate the property’s potential and make the opportunity easier to understand from both a design and value perspective.
