The project focused on refining the interior experience while maintaining the home’s authenticity. Original architectural elements such as working fireplaces and historic detailing remain central throughout, while key spaces were elevated to support modern living. The kitchen was reimagined as a polished, highly functional centerpiece—anchored by custom cabinetry, statement stone, and a layered plan that connects naturally to an informal breakfast area and outdoor entertaining spaces. A dedicated butler’s pantry and wine storage were integrated seamlessly, reinforcing the home’s livability while keeping the aesthetic refined and cohesive.

Outdoor living was treated as an extension of the architecture, creating a layered sequence from piazza to deck to garden.
