At 95 Spring Street, we renovated a historic downtown Charleston duplex and converted it into a short-term rental within the city’s Short-Term Rental Overlay District. The project maintained the character of the original building while updating the space to function as two separate rental units for guests.

The renovation modernized the interiors and layout so the property could comfortably operate as a short-term rental while still fitting naturally within its historic neighborhood.
